ABSTRACT:

Hormonal therapy plays a critical role in the management of endocrine disorders. These disorders, arising from the dysregulation of the endocrine system, can significantly affect the body’s metabolism, growth, development, and mood. Recent advances in the field of hormonal therapy, particularly in the context of targeted treatments, have led to substantial improvements in patient outcomes. The focus of this article is to explore the evolution of hormonal therapies, recent breakthroughs in treatment modalities, the molecular mechanisms underpinning targeted therapies, and the future of endocrine management. Through an in-depth review of the literature, this article aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the current and future state of hormonal therapy, with emphasis on its potential to revolutionize the management of endocrine diseases.
